ホテルの1階にあるお店で、店内は開放感があり上品な雰囲気です。レモンのムースは香りがさわやかで、なめらかな口当たりがたまりません。フルーツのタルトは彩りがきれいで、薄い台がサクッと軽くて嬉しいです。コーヒーはコクが深く、しっかりした苦味でスイーツとよく合います。ブラウニーは濃いチョコとふんわり生地のバランスが良く、イチジクのつぶつぶが楽しいです。朝のビュッフェでは新潟らしい料理がそろい、のっぺやへぎそば、タレカツ、笹だんごまで味わえて満足しました。
