More than 10 types of ingredients, all made from vegetables! Recommended for vegetarians as no animal products are used. We are particular about the ingredients, even down to the salt, and of course, we use only additives-free ingredients.
The Doria made with rich Jersey milk is a taste that you won't forget once you try it. Moreover, the butter used is the very precious Jersey butter! This is a taste that you can only experience here. Additionally, the crispy Jersey cheese enhances the deliciousness even more.
Thinly sliced Koshu Fuji Sakura pork from Yamanashi prefecture, cooked using a unique method to bring out its deliciousness. Made with the same roux as Harvest Curry.
