I found a restaurant in the center of Susukino, and when I went up the stairs, there was a spacious area with a counter and tables. They use a gas flame grilling style, which gives a nice, fragrant finish. The lamb shoulder roast was well-prepared, allowing me to fully enjoy the flavor I wanted. The liver shabu-shabu is served by quickly dipping it in warmed sesame oil and enjoying it with salt, which enhances the aroma and gives it a smooth texture. The kimchi platter is generously portioned with a good balance of flavors, making it easy to keep eating. The kalbi, harami, and hormone were also enhanced by salt, resulting in a highly satisfying yakiniku overall.
