Additionally, the extensive selection of alcoholic beverages, including shochu, is another highlight. The scallions were served separately as the thinly sliced tofu was cooked on top of the soba. It was served with shichimi (seven spices) and kuro shichimi (black seven spices) for a simple taste. The dashi broth is tasted first, but we felt the broth was a little thin. The saltiness was moderate and tasty, but I personally preferred a stronger flavor. However, the dashi broth has a good balance of flavors and goes well with the soba. The soba noodles are slightly flat, homemade, and have a slight soba aroma. It keeps its crunchiness even in the warm broth and gives you a satisfying feeling. The thinly sliced tofu is cooked sweet and spicy, which is a good accent to the flavor, but I thought it would be even better if it were a little thicker. Overall, the dish is well balanced and tasty despite its light flavor, but the price of 930 yen seems a little high. 700-800 yen seems about right. There is nothing wrong with the taste or quality of the food, and I think that if more set menus are added or the price is lowered, more customers will come to the restaurant. The current pricing is a bit high compared to the surrounding area, but I think it is a great restaurant.
