Every dish, primarily focused on seafood, is exquisite, and the sashimi, known for its freshness, never fails to amaze and impress with each visit. The fish delivered directly from Toyosu is very fresh and delicious. Each piece has a thoughtful touch, such as being paired with shiso leaves, which adds a sense of care. There are horigotatsu (sunken kotatsu) and calm private rooms, allowing for a relaxing time. The lunch sushi comes with a salad and miso soup, and I’m happy that they even serve ice cream at the end. The chirashi (scattered sushi) is topped with tuna, sea bream, salmon, and the sweet fried tofu adds a nice accent. Enjoying inari sushi together is unique to this place, and they frequently refill the tea, making for a pleasant dining experience.
