There are spacious tables, including terrace seating, and since orders are taken verbally with payment made afterward, you can choose at your leisure. The ginger soy sauce ramen with a Japanese-style broth features a light clear soup paired with medium-thin straight noodles, making it very refreshing. It is topped with thick slices of soy sauce marinated braised pork and quail eggs, and adding black vinegar or yuzu seven spice from the table enhances the flavor even more. In addition to a variety of noodle options like lemon salt ramen and dan dan noodles, the dim sum such as grilled soup dumplings and spicy steamed clams are also appealing. After the meal, you can leisurely enjoy organic coffee or fruit vinegar sours, leaving you completely satisfied until the end.
