From the elegant garden bar, we present a drink made with local Hiroshima lemons and a traditional sake called Hōmeishu from Tomonoura, which has a history of over 360 years, combined with Scotch whisky, Chivas Regal 18 years. Instead of adding new ingredients, we reconnect with familiar materials and the culture passed down from the land, creating a drink that embodies the present.
