A specialty store for omelets and Rakeru bread

Founded in 1963 in Shibuya, Rakeru is an omelet specialty restaurant inspired by the dining of a farmhouse in England's Lake District. At the Aeon Mall Hamamatsu Shijino location, you can enjoy fluffy omelets and the gently sweet Rakeru bread. With a country-style interior and charmingly dressed staff, the warm atmosphere allows you to relax and enjoy your meal.

The country-style atmosphere is cute, and the coordination of the red and white checkered tablecloth with the uniforms is wonderful. The menu has many set options, making it fun to choose. The corn potage is carefully plated, and the garlic-flavored croutons are a nice accent. The fluffy Rakeru bread pairs perfectly with the melting butter, and the omelet is delightfully cheesy. The Sakura Hime chicken steak is tender and juicy, and the dessert waffles are substantial and easy to share. Seasonal sundaes and matcha ice cream can also be enjoyed slowly, and I feel that this chain restaurant offers a high level of satisfaction.
