Utilizing the owner's experience in dessert product development, we aimed to introduce the local specialty of Ritto City. We developed a product that can be offered year-round using Ritto figs, which are certified as environmentally friendly agricultural products grown in Shiga Prefecture. The milk pudding, enriched with healthy coconut oil, is topped with a jelly made from Ritto figs simmered in red wine, gently set with seaweed ingredients. This dessert focuses on beauty and health, with a light sweetness that melts pleasantly in the body. Reservations are available. Currently considering shipping.
