The stylish atmosphere of the interior is cool and instantly lifts my spirits. I can see the chefs grilling each skewer on the teppan right in front of me, which is very exciting. The chicken sashimi appetizer has a fluffy texture, and it pairs well with wasabi and soy sauce. The grilled heart is plump and juicy, and it goes perfectly with the garlic-infused sauce. The tsukune with cartilage is crunchy and fun, and the grilled liver is delicious without any unpleasant odor. The aroma of barrel-aged sake and the warm hospitality create a comfortable environment, allowing for a relaxing time.
