In an old house located on a spacious property, upon arrival, a relaxing view spreads out, making you feel at ease. The interior is stylish and calm, and the space where you can enjoy glamping is very open. The galette made with plenty of fresh, organic vegetables had a crunchy texture and the sweetness of the vegetables stood out. The galette with mushrooms and Gorgonzola had a mild cheese flavor, allowing you to fully enjoy the aroma of the ingredients. The accompanying cold soup made from new onions and three types of appetizers were each carefully seasoned, with the homemade pancetta and pickles being particularly impressive. Everything, including the apple and tea mousse and fluffy pancakes for dessert, was delicious, and I was able to enjoy the experience with excitement until the very end.
