You can feel the authenticity of a directly managed butcher shop, and the quality of all the meats is satisfying. The harami (skirt steak) in particular is tender and has no odor, with flavors that expand as you chew. The thickly sliced tongue is also easy to eat and has a good texture. The kimchi has a Japanese-style flavor, and the assortment of greens was impressive. The cold noodles come with a refreshing Japanese-style broth and easily chewable noodles, making them perfect for a finishing touch.
