Trippa is a very popular dish in Europe. It is a classic dish made by simmering beef tripe, known as 'Hachinosu', in tomato sauce. By skillfully using herbs during the cooking process, there is no unpleasant odor, allowing you to enjoy the gentle flavor of the tomato sauce and the crunchy texture of the tripe.
