As I take off my shoes at the entrance and step inside, a calming space unfolds, reminiscent of visiting a relative's home. The lunch served in the Japanese-style room features a row of small dishes, and I am excited to enjoy tempura, chicken nanban, and even kenchin soup. The carefully brewed coffee has a rich aroma and is very smooth, likely due to the attention given to the water. The dessert, zenzai affogato, offers an interesting contrast between the hot and cold, making me smile. There are also plenty of sweet options like Vietnamese coffee and homemade coffee jelly, which makes it easy to linger longer. The warm hospitality of the friendly husband and wife filled my heart by the time I was ready to leave.
