A homely atmosphere with homemade flavors

Miyako Bridge Kimura is a cozy establishment that exudes a warm, homey vibe. The highly praised gyoza, especially delicious when enjoyed with the owner's homemade chili oil, is a must-try. It's the perfect place for those looking to spend a comfortable and warm time in a family-like setting.

The seven-colored signboard and the red 'Gyoza' flag are landmarks that make you excited even before entering. Inside, the atmosphere is calm, and the couple welcomes you with smiles. The signature dish, gyoza, has a perfect balance of vegetable flavors and garlic, enhanced by the aroma of homemade chili oil. Each piece is light, and when you bite into it, the juiciness spreads, and even when slightly cooled, you can still feel the pleasant crispiness. You can also order sashimi, and everything, especially the tuna, is fresh and perfect for snacking. The appetizers, kelp rice balls, and saury dumpling soup all have a warmth to them, making you want to linger comfortably.
