Enjoy handmade soba in a charming atmosphere

Suzuki is a soba restaurant located in Shima City, featuring a calm ambiance that harmonizes Japanese and Western styles. The stone-ground handmade soba can be savored even with just wasabi, allowing you to fully appreciate its deliciousness. The light and flavorful tempura is also exquisite, and many visitors will be amazed by its taste.

The restaurant has a high ceiling and a large window overlooking the greenery of Kenshima, creating a liberating yet relaxed atmosphere. Appetizers such as soba tofu, dashimaki tamago (rolled egg), and grilled Kawachi duck with salt, all of which take full advantage of the aroma of the soba noodles and ingredients, are elegant and lightly seasoned, leaving you satisfied with each bite. Also, if you order the sake "Jikin," the soft texture and thinness of the thin glass enhances the beautiful flavor of the Jikin. The tempura is also crispy, elegant, and made into a very thin, thinly dressed tempura, which is exceptionally delicious when tasted with salt. Suzuki is a restaurant I would definitely like to revisit.
