It is a restaurant that serves international cuisine, and apparently on anniversaries, the restaurant sings live songs according to the anniversary. Today, the restaurant was singing live for a couple who had been together for one year. The counter seats and table seats are stylish, and I wish this restaurant existed in Tokyo, but perhaps it is better because it is located in a rural area. The price was about 12,000 yen per person with natural eel, lobster, gibier, and about three drinks per person. Is this the Shizuoka market price?

We visited Simple's, which had recently become famous. I was glad to be able to come because I had longed to visit. The main dish was fish, with some Italian elements added, and it looked innovative and tasted great. It was a dish that could only be prepared by a chef. I knew that the fish in Shizuoka is delicious, but it was nice to be able to enjoy fresh fish in such a way.
