While waiting at the counter, I was excited to see the round dough being flipped on the iron plate in front of me. The freshly made soy sauce takoyaki had a fragrant dashi aroma, and the chewy texture of the octopus was impressive. When topped with mayonnaise and pickled ginger, the flavor deepened, and I couldn't help but keep eating. The fluffy tonpeiyaki had an excellent combination of egg and sauce, leaving me very satisfied with just one plate. Additionally, the cheese-filled pachiyaki had a rich junk food flavor, making it perfect as a snack. Thanks to the warm wooden interior and friendly staff, I felt that it was a relaxing place to unwind.
