When I ordered curry udon, a spicy aroma wafted up, making me excited even before I started eating. The soup, while smooth, has a slight thickness and a strong spiciness that leaves a lingering deliciousness. The handmade noodles have a modest chewiness but pair well with the soup, allowing for a smooth finish until the last bite. The generous amount of green onions adds a nice accent, and even while sweating, I couldn't put my chopsticks down. The salt-added noodles in the miso stew are different from the hard type, having a transparency that blends well with the soup for a gentle flavor. I was able to relax at the spacious table while fully enjoying both the curry and the udon, and I was very satisfied.
