Chuojeong Namwon Chuotang is a famous franchise that offers simple yet delicious cuisine. The Chuotang made with ground mud loach is especially exquisite. The menu also includes fried chicken, duck, and a tantalizing cheese and pumpkin tonkatsu. The restaurant is located across from the Suwon Station in the Gwajom Village and is beloved by locals. The staff is friendly and also serves nourishing dishes such as tofu salad and rich soup. Lunchtime can get busy, so there may be a short wait, but please do visit at least once.
