The parking space is spacious, which gives me peace of mind even before entering the restaurant. The menu has a lot of options, making it fun to choose, and I feel excited about what to pick. The nabe-yaki udon has a clear broth with a strong umami flavor from seafood, and it tastes very pleasant. The noodles are smooth and have a good texture, with just the right amount of elasticity, making them easy to eat. There are plenty of ingredients to enjoy, including long green onions, chicken, wakame seaweed, spinach, clams, shiitake mushrooms, kamaboko (fish cake), and eggs. The shrimp tempura and mochi tempura come on a separate plate, and when added to the pot, they enhance the flavor, providing a great sense of satisfaction.
