Enjoy fragrant authentic soba

Sobaya Iwazou is a restaurant where you can enjoy fragrant authentic soba. It has a firm texture while offering an elegant flavor that spreads in your mouth. The pairing with tempura is especially excellent, as the crispy tempura enhances the taste of the soba. It's a lovely place where you can relax and savor delicious soba in a warm atmosphere.

The interior has a calm atmosphere, with plenty of seating that makes it easy to use. The soba is elastic and can be eaten smoothly, providing great satisfaction. The dipping sauce appears dark in color, but its texture is mild and gentle. Adding a little rock salt enhances the aroma and allows you to fully appreciate the flavor. The tempura is fried to a crisp, and the lightness of the batter is pleasant. It can take some time to be served when it's crowded, but I appreciate the thoughtful touch of having the tamagoyaki and toppings served on separate plates that you can help yourself to.
