The shaved ice with shikuwasa, inspired by Miyako Blue, features fluffy butterfly pea ice, which pairs well with coconut cream and brown sugar crumble. When syrup is poured over it, the color changes, adding to the visual excitement. You can also enjoy a burger seasoned with Miyako miso, purple sweet potato Mont Blanc, and herbal tea. There is a tasting service for baked goods, as well as snacks like truffle-flavored potato chips and brown sugar nuts, creating a comfortable atmosphere that makes you want to linger.
