Sea grapes have a fresh and crunchy texture without the salty and miscellaneous taste! We source them directly from Mr. Seiyo of the Ginowan Fisheries Cooperative, who is highly regarded as the number one in Okinawa, and we maintain their freshness by keeping them in a water tank in the store.
