The thin, 100% buckwheat soba has a pleasant chewiness, and you can enjoy its refreshing aroma and smooth texture. The dipping sauce has a gentle flavor, and when combined with the condiments, it creates a good balance. Pickles are served on the side, and they quickly bring the soba broth. There are soba made from stone-milled flour and seasonal limited cold-sun-dried soba, and the warmth of home and attentive service makes you feel cozy.
