It has been renewed to provide a slightly less firm and softer texture through recipe modifications from the original baguette. The size has also increased, and the amount of butter and homemade jambon ham inside has been increased. Due to the nature of the baguette, you may feel that the bread becomes tough as time passes because moisture escapes, and since we use jambon ham that has not been treated with preservatives, the shelf life is not long, so we recommend consuming it on the same day as much as possible~

Microwave for 15 seconds, or air fry at 180 degrees for 2-3 minutes. Please make sure to heat it up.

Butter, pollock roe, and mayonnaise sauce are perfectly infused between the slits of the soft baguette. The flavor, which could be a bit rich, is balanced by the spiciness of the pepperoncino. You may find it somewhat spicy.
