You can fully enjoy the thick and fragrant soba. The flavor expands with each bite, and a subtle sweetness can also be felt. The dipping sauce is rich and pairs well with the substantial noodles. The duck served on the side is also excellent, with the aroma of the broth wafting up, making for a very satisfying experience. It's also nice that you can switch to 100% buckwheat, which brings out more character the more you chew. The service is smooth, and you can enjoy simple tempura alongside, making for a pleasant time.
