Upon entering the store, the voices of Vietnamese people fill the air, creating a sense of exoticism that is exciting. The Vietnamese staff are very friendly and happily share various recommendations. The bread for the banh mi is freshly baked, crispy, and light, with an irresistible aroma. The fish cakes with cilantro and the fragrant grilled pork are substantial, and they pair perfectly with the vegetables. The flavor of the crab in the bun rieu deepens with a little added seasoning, and slurping the hearty soup with thin rice noodles brings happiness. After the meal, I enjoyed the exquisite fresh spring rolls with a sweet peanut sauce and the aromatic Vietnamese coffee, making for a very satisfying time.
