Located at the back of an alley near the shopping district of Yahatahama, this restaurant allows you to slowly savor teppanyaki. If you make a reservation, you'll enjoy a variety of dishes made with local fish and vegetables before the steak arrives, which is quite fun. The filet of black-haired wagyu beef has a fragrant surface and a slightly pink interior, making it very tender. The sweetness spreads as you chew, and while it's delicious on its own, it pairs well with salt, pepper, and wasabi soy sauce. The drinks are served at just the right time, creating a pleasant flow to the meal. Despite being a steakhouse, the atmosphere is comfortable, and conversations naturally flow with local topics.
