The soba noodles are slightly flat, making them light to slurp and with a subtle aroma. The dipping sauce has a strong umami flavor from the broth, with a gentle sweetness that pairs well with the soba. The dipping sauce, which has the aroma of burdock, includes green onions, fried tofu, and pork, making it enjoyable to eat. The tempura is freshly fried and crispy, pairing well with the wide and thin country-style soba noodles, leaving me satisfied until the end.
