The atmosphere is reminiscent of a mountain lodge, and the interior is spacious and relaxed. There is a variety of Western dishes centered around steak, making it fun to choose. The stuffed cabbage rolls are beautifully colorful, and the richness of the tomato sauce is distinctly felt. The cheese demi-glace hamburger is juicy with meat juices, and the creamy cheese envelops everything, creating a delightful taste. The steak is accompanied by a fragrant soy sauce-based sauce, and the doneness of the meat is just right, making it a perfect match with rice. I feel that this is a reliable place to enjoy Western cuisine slowly when in North Karuizawa.
