I entered a cozy bistro with a glass exterior that catches the eye, and I was immediately relieved by the bright lighting and calm interior. While enjoying a vegetable appetizer platter and conversing with the chef over the counter, I found that each seasonal vegetable was rich in flavor and delicious on its own. For the meat dishes, I tried the deer gratin and wild boar sausage, both of which paired excellently with the wine due to their wild taste and aroma. Seasonal dishes like fava bean quiche and shiitake sausage kept coming out, allowing me to enjoy them without getting bored. The selection of domestic wines and ciders was extensive, and the staff were very helpful in guiding me to choose a drink that suited my taste. It was a comfortable place where I could enjoy a good balance of vegetables and meat, and it was an experience I definitely wanted to share with my friends.
