It is a Korean home-cooked dish made with shrimp marinated in soy sauce. At Ryuuoukan, we use raw red shrimp and marinate them for three days in a seasoning liquid made with jujube and apple. You can enjoy it deliciously as bibimbap by placing the shrimp and egg yolk on rice.
The Dom Perignon of the makgeolli world, 'Boksundoga' has been directly negotiated with local suppliers in Korea by the procurement staff of Ryuuoukan, making direct transactions possible. This is a rare limited product with a daily production of only 100 bottles. It has a sparkling sensation that bursts in your mouth and a sweet and sour taste, making it an excellent match with marbled meat! *Please note that it may be out of stock.
