Freshly fried skewered katsu has a light batter that allows you to fully appreciate the flavor of the meat. The skewers coated in Hatcho miso and beef tendon have a sweet richness that lingers. The winter-exclusive kimchi hot pot is mildly spicy and filled with plenty of offal, warming you up. It pairs excellently with crazy highballs and beer, making it easy to keep ordering more. You can quickly place orders from your smartphone, and the staff's friendly guidance makes it reassuring even for first-timers. You can also order xiaolongbao and shumai from other shops, allowing for a variety of enjoyable experiences, leaving you very satisfied.
