The appetizers include smoked mackerel, marinated salmon, prosciutto, and persimmon, offering a wide variety that is exciting. In particular, the aroma of the smoked mackerel is impressive. The steak is served with a soy-based Japanese-style sauce, which goes perfectly with the rice. The finishing touch is a refreshing yuzu sorbet, allowing you to end your meal pleasantly.
