A slightly extravagant sushi lunch at Ajimasa, a sushi restaurant in Shikokuchuo City 🍣✨. I realized that I hadn't eaten sushi at all recently, so I went to Ajimasa for the first time after a long search: 🚶‍♂️ The interior of the restaurant has a huge fish tank in the middle of the room with all kinds of fish swimming in it! It was very typical 🐟. This time, I was a bit excited, Ajisai-zen, limited to 10 servings a day 🛎✨. Ajisai-zen is a full-course luxury meal that includes sashimi, tempura, and sushi, as well as steamed egg custard, soup, and dessert 😂💯. The sushi is like Edomae Sushi, and the rice is red rice with traditional red vinegar, which is amazing 😋! I was very satisfied even though it was a very extravagant lunch 😄👍.
