PERFECT BEER® refers not to a brand, but to draft beer that meets four criteria defined uniquely by our company. Even with the same brand of beer, the way the server is managed and how the glasses are cleaned can lead to significant differences in taste. We define PERFECT BEER as the one that has been managed perfectly. Thorough maintenance of the server: Dirt inside the beer server can cause degradation of the beer's taste. Therefore, PERFECT BEER® ensures daily water flushing, sponge cleaning, and disassembly cleaning of the server, leaving no beer in the server's hoses, thus preventing quality deterioration due to residue buildup. Freshness management of the keg: PERFECT BEER® only uses kegs that have been opened within three days. They are stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight to maintain the freshness of the beer. Thorough cleaning of glasses: Some restaurants use the same sponges as other dishes or wash them in dishwashers. This can leave oil residues on the glasses, resulting in rough beer foam. PERFECT BEER® uses dedicated sponges and sinks for glasses to ensure thorough cleaning. Management of gas pressure: If the gas pressure is too high, it results in a sharp mouthfeel, while if it is too low, the beer becomes flat. Since the appropriate gas pressure changes with the temperature of the keg, we meticulously assess and manage it.
