Restaurant Castello is located just a short walk from the west exit of Toride Station, offering a delightful mix of Italian and Spanish dishes. In a simple interior featuring wood and brick, dishes like crispy bacon salad, smoked salmon, and paella are exquisite. Every dish is delicious, and each visit promises new discoveries.

First of all, it was difficult to get a reservation. I called several times but never got through, so I used this reservation site. We used the restaurant for dinner, and it was difficult to hear the person sitting in front of us because the space between the seats was so close to each other. It was a weekday, but the atmosphere was lively and you could enjoy alcohol, food, and chatting. The kitchen was staffed by a part-timer, but I had the impression that the kitchen was run by a single person and that it was inevitable that reservations could not be made by phone. The food was delicious, but I was personally disappointed that the peperoncino with squid and karasumi (Japanese radish) did not have crispy thin slices of garlic, which is not my favorite dish.

The food, desserts and drinks are very tasty and well prepared without cutting corners even if it is crowded! Thank you for the food. Is the seasoning to my taste? I would recommend this restaurant to others.

We ordered the evening course and thought it tasted great. The amount of wine by the glass was very satisfying! The desserts were carefully prepared, with teas that were also very flavorful.

We had pasta and pizza. Both were very tasty. Especially, the Pizza (Quatro Formaggi) had the best dough and cheese. I went there with a friend who I hadn't seen in a while. The restaurant is lovely, the food is delicious, and we had a good time talking. The only disappointment was the customer service. After all the plates were taken down, the empty water cups were left behind. It remained there forever. We tried to talk to them but they didn't make eye contact with us. I felt that the atmosphere wanted us to leave early, perhaps because we had been there for so long. We dared to write this because the food was delicious and we would like to visit again.
