Located in a quiet place in the mountains, you can relax while enjoying the view of the river. The handmade 2:8 soba is smooth, and the subtle sweetness of yam is pleasant. The soba with chives has a strong texture and a fragrant aroma that makes you want to eat more. The light dipping sauce enhances the flavor of the soba perfectly. It is also fun to experience catching fish at the fishing pond and grilling them on the spot. I was very satisfied enjoying freshly fried tempura and karaage while leisurely waiting in the tatami room.
