From handmade appetizers to dim sum, I was impressed by the careful flavors of every choice. In particular, the sweet and sour pork with black vinegar was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a rich sweetness and acidity that made it hard to put down my chopsticks. The curry spare ribs were also tender around the bones, and adding the table's chili oil enhanced the depth of flavor even more. The shrimp spring rolls and shrimp dumplings were plump, with a strong aroma from the crispy skin and the deliciousness of the filling. The duck and steamed chicken were moist and tender, with a refreshing sweet and sour sauce and spices that tightened the aftertaste. Even the Chinese soup and congee had a gentle flavor, with creativity shining through in each dish, leaving me completely satisfied until the end.

When you order dim sum for lunch, the appetizers and dumplings are carefully arranged, creating excitement from the start. The sweet and sour pork made with black vinegar, in particular, combines a crispy coating with melting pork belly, and the rich acidity is irresistible. The spring rolls and dumplings are packed with filling, and even the skin is deliciously chewy. It's also fun to choose from staple foods like congee and lotus leaf sticky rice, allowing you to enjoy the meal without getting bored until the end. You can feel the attention to detail even in the handmade chili oil and dressings, and I was impressed by the depth of flavor. Even when I'm full, this place is so appealing that I can't help but order extra mapo tofu to take home.
