This beer is 'Kirin Lager'. It is a store that Kirin first recognized as a perfect draft in Tokorozawa. It's amazing how different the same thing can be depending on the location. It's so cheap, yet what is this satisfaction all about.
A masterpiece simmered from 8 o'clock every morning. It's so tender that you'll be surprised, 'Is offal supposed to be this soft?' The delicate scent of finely chopped yuzu adds an elegant touch.
You can meet real liver!! If it's not a restaurant with good rotation, you can't serve lightly grilled dishes, right? Also, it's really delicious because we use charcoal fire ☆
