Upon entering the restaurant, you write down the parts you want to eat on a piece of paper and hand it over, making it easy to get used to even for first-timers. The black wagyu beef grilled over Kishu binchotan charcoal has a wonderful aroma, and the excitement builds from the moment it is cooked. The tongue served with salt is thin and tender, and I was amazed by its crispness. The melt-in-your-mouth special loin and special belly have a sweet fat that pairs well with the sauce without being heavy, allowing you to enjoy as many pieces as you like. There is also a variety of kimchi and grilled vegetables, which provided a perfect balance for palate cleansing. The attentiveness of the cheerful staff was pleasant, and I left the table feeling happy after the meal.
