The atmosphere is traditional, and the smoke rising from the grill is exciting. You can grill at your own pace on the small stove at the table, and the sizzling sound is irresistible. The offal is fresh and has little odor, and you can enjoy delicious cuts like beef tripe, heart, and skirt steak. The rich, sweet sauce is fragrant with garlic, and it pairs perfectly with white rice. The hormone fried rice has a nice sesame aroma and the richness of the fat, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. You can enjoy it casually even alone at the counter, and there are tatami rooms available, making it very convenient. It's also great that they are open until late.
