The staff is friendly, and the interactions over the counter are pleasant. The liver skewers are creamy and have no unpleasant smell, making you smile involuntarily. The chicken meatballs with cartilage allow you to choose between shiso leaves or green onions, and the crunchy texture is delightful. You can also enjoy sorbet-like sake and rice porridge, making it a place where you want to take your time to savor the flavors.
