With a deep aroma and slight bitterness, this coffee is made from beans grown in the highlands centered around Lake Batur, Bali, which are sun-dried for 10 days and then dried over firewood for 40 hours. The rising deep aroma and the slight bitterness that spreads in the mouth are gifts from the island of the gods, Bali.
