150g of US aged beef shoulder loin used. A tender finish with carefully cut muscle fibers on the shoulder loin steak. A steak lunch that spreads umami in your mouth.
The hand-made katsu uses carefully selected fresh breadcrumbs. The crispy texture and the light flavor of the pork tenderloin pair perfectly with the demi-glace sauce, making it a highly recommended menu item.
Tottori Wagyu, raised on natural spring water at the foot of the rich Daisen mountain, is rich in oleic acid, the same as olive oil. When you take a bite, the fat melts gently and the umami spreads in your mouth. Currently served as a combination of thigh and short rib.
A Japanese meal set featuring juicy and crispy tonkatsu and shrimp fry, directly taught by a tonkatsu specialty shop. The miso soup is made with tonjiru style, accompanied by two small side dishes and pickles.
The shrimp fry lunch, made with large black tiger shrimp that are plump and satisfying, is one of the popular menu items. You can choose the number of pieces and increase the volume.
