A beloved soba restaurant with a Showa-era atmosphere

"Kisoba Gotou" is a long-established soba restaurant in Yano-kuchi, Inagi City, Tokyo, cherished by the locals. The interior exudes a nostalgic Showa-era vibe, allowing guests to enjoy their meals leisurely at table or tatami seating. The katsudon is particularly renowned, featuring freshly fried pork cutlet and the sweetness of onions in a perfect harmony. With easy access from the station, it’s a comfortable space where you can casually drop by.

This shop has a pleasant old-fashioned atmosphere. It is located within walking distance from the station, right next to an intersection. Inside, there are table seats and tatami seating, allowing for a calm dining experience. The soba has a perfectly balanced saltiness in the dipping sauce, making it easy to enjoy. The katsudon has a slightly sweet broth that seeps into the rice, and the contrast between the crispy coating and the creamy texture of the egg is delightful. The special stamina fried rice topped with grilled meat has a sweet and spicy flavor that pairs perfectly with the fried rice, making it very delicious.
