The interior has a counter and tables, but there aren't many seats. The menu mainly features set meals, including hamburgers, steaks, salted mackerel, miso mackerel, chigae, ginger pork, and even a seafood bowl in the style of Magochan. The hamburger is made from 100% coarsely ground domestic pork and Australian beef, and it's both creamy and thoroughly cooked, which is impressive. The homemade demi-glace, which has a hint of wine, pairs well, and the soft-boiled egg and mashed potatoes complement it perfectly. The meal comes with salad, miso soup, and pickles, and the dressing has a gentle flavor. Eating it with real wasabi is also a great way to enjoy it, and you can also savor the lean hamburgers and steaks made from Ashitakagyu.
