You can choose the level of spiciness from 5 levels, with the spiciest being 'Sweaty MAX' which is extremely spicy! *Not recommended for first-timers as it is very spicy. The special black ma-yu perfectly matches the rich tonkotsu soup, creating a dish with a fragrant aroma and a slightly bitter taste that becomes addictive. We topped the tonkotsu ramen with a half-cooked egg. It is cut in half for easy eating and seasoned with a gentle sweetness. Some people also choose to add Tamachan topping to their Tamachan ramen!
