The menu focuses on beef tongue, and everything is appealing. My favorite is the creamy beef tongue stew. The beef tongue hamburger that comes sizzling on a hot plate is also piping hot, and the meat is tender. The oxtail soup has a perfect amount of saltiness, and you can really taste the umami. When you pour tororo over barley rice, it goes down easily and pairs perfectly. Overall, the balance of flavors is good, and it provides a sense of satisfaction.
